About my order.
How long will my order take?
It depends on what your order contains.
We make all of our painting accessories in our small workshop, so we tend to keep stock of everything that we make and we aim to get all orders dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Eveything is then sent out on 48hr tracked delivery.
For our print-on-demand products, orders might take a day or two longer.

How do I check the progress of my order?
We aim to always keep you in the loop when it comes to the status of your order.
We'll always let you know that we've received your order and when it's about to be dispatched.
However, If you'd like to know more about the status of your order, when you can expect it to arrive or for any other information, please contact us at info@blackmantleofficial.com.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on orders placed within 14 days of the return request.
All return request products must be in their original, unopened packaging. The costs for returning the items will be the responsibility of the customer. If accepted, refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

About your products
Where are your products manufactured?
We design and make all of our painting accessories ourselves, from our small workshop near Nottingham. Many of our products and their components are 3D printed, laser cut, or CNC machined.
Our print-on-demand products are made for us by other UK based businesses.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate shipping of £3.95 for all orders under £40.
Order over £40 are shipped free of charge.
I have an idea for a product. Can you make it?
Maybe! Let us know what you're thinking of and we'll do our best to help.
We love to work with the painting community to design and develop new products. We always give credit to whoever comes up with the idea, so if you've had a good one, let us know!

I'm a retailer. Can I stock Black Mantle in my shop?
We love to work with everyone in the painting community, including painters, influencers and retailers. Let us know what you've got in mind and let's see if we can work together.
Do you ship abroad?
Right now, we don't sell abroad. But we are looking into it for the near future.
