For in-stock items:
Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders that contain multiple items of different lead times will be dispatched together once all items are ready to post to save on shipping costs and additional delivery journeys.
Print-On-Demand items:
Orders that contain items from multiple suppliers may be dispatched from different locations and may arrive separately. If you've only received part of your order, please wait 2-3 days for the remainder of your order to arrive. If the rest of your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days after your first shipment, please contact us at info@blackmantleofficial.com.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING :
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days, depending on whether the item is in stock or it is made or finished to order, using Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. A flat rate shipping fee of £3.95 for standard 48hr tracked delivery applies to orders shipping to the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer £3.95 flat rate, 48hr tracked shipping to Mainland UK. These times do not include order processing time.
Orders to the value of £40 or more qualify for free standard shipping to Mainland UK. Free standard shipping for orders over £40 does not include order processing time.
